Place a fillet of fresh pink salmon in a shallow oven dish and baste it with a couple of tablespoons of Herb Spread. Sprinkle with a little sea salt and pepper, then drizzle over 2 cups of rice or coconut milk. Poach/bake salmon for about half an hour in a moderate oven (Milk should be almost evaporated). Vegetables such as courgettes and carrots can be added during the last fifteen minutes of baking if desired. |

Spoon Herb Spread onto
pizza base then layer with
tomato paste, olives, onion,
cheese, ham, salami, mushrooms, anchovies, sun dried tomatoes, etc.
Bake at 150 C for 30 minutes. |

Beat 6 eggs with a cup of milk, a cup of grated/crumbled cheese (optional - but feta is nice!) a teaspoon of salt and 2 large tablespoons of Herb Spread. Cut 12 circles (with approx 60cm diameter) out of a puff pastry sheet and press into muffin tins. Pour egg mix into pastry shells, and bake in a moderate oven for about 20 minutes. |

Mix 1 cup butter or oil, 2 eggs, 2 cups flour, 3/4 cup milk, 1 teaspoon baking
soda, 1 teaspoon salt, and 2 tablespoons Herb Spread. Add grated cheese, carrot,
onion. Spoon into muffin trays and bake for 35 minutes at 150C. |

For a delicious stuffing process 3 crusts of bread, 1 teaspoon salt, 1/2 onion, 1/4 cup
water and 1 tablespoon Herb Spread. Baste Herb Spread on the meat and
vegetables before and after roasting. |
